Are you insured?

Yes -- We are fully licensed, bonded and insured for your peace of mind! 

What about pets?

We are very pet friendly! Pets are part of the family and we treat them as such! During service we recommend that you keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable —some of our furry friends don't  like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like us to handle your pets needs ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.



Do you use natural/organic cleaning products?

While we regularly use professional-grade cleaning products, we understand that some clients prefer a more natural approach. We're happy to accommodate green or eco-friendly cleaning requests when noted in advance. 


Do i have to be home when you clean?

No -  you do not need to be home while we clean! Many of our clients provide access instructions or entry codes.  However, for first-time cleanings, we do recommend  a brief introduction to ensure expectations are aligned and access details are clear.

how do you price your services

We price our services baed on the size of the space, the level of cleaning required, and the scope of work requested.  For most jobs, we begin with a walkthrough to accurately assess your needs.


After the walkthrough, we provide an hourly rate with an estimated time range (for example, a service may be quoted as 3-5 hours).  This approach allows us to be transparent while accounting for variables that can affect the time needed to clean thoroughly.   


Our rates reflect professional-grade service, experienced staff, proper insurance, and the time needed to clean thoroughly -- not rushed or cut-corner work.  You are only billed for the actual time spent within the quoted range.


Occasionally, additional time may be required due to factors discovered during the cleaning (such as heavy buildup, pet hair, hard water staining, or areas needing extra attention).


If we believe the service will exceed the estimated time range, we will notify you in advance and request approval before continuing.  No additional time is billed without your consent.

what's included in deep clean vs. routine cleaning

Deep Clean (Initial/Reset clean)

A deep Clean is a detailed, top-to-bottom service designed to bring your home or space to a true baseline of cleanliness.  This services is recommended for first-time clients, homes that haven't been professionally cleaned recently, or spaces that need extra attention before transitioning to routine maintenance. 


Deep Cleans focus on built-up dust, grime and hard-to-reach areas and typically take more time than a routine clean.


Examples of deep-clean focus areas include:

  • Basebaords, trim and detailed edges
  • Buildup on fixtures, vents and high-touch surfaces
  • Inside/outside of cabinets and appliances 
  • Thorough bathroom and kitchen detailing


Routine Cleaning (Maintenance Service)


Routine cleaning is designed to maintain the level of cleanliness achieved during a deep clean. These services focus on consistent upkeep of regularly used areas and are ideal of weekly bi-weekly or monthly schedules.


Routine cleaning typically includes:


  • Surface dusting and wiping
  • Floors vacuumed and mopped
  • Kitchen and bathroom maintenance cleaning
  • Trash removal and general tidying


Important Note:


Because every space and home is different, exact inclusions may vary based on your customized cleaning plan.  We're always happy to review your priorities during your walkthrough to ensure expectations are clear.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy

We understand that life happens and schedules can change.  We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.


Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, as that time has been reserved specifically for your service.


Same-day cancellations, lockouts or no-shows may be charged up to the full cost of the scheduled service.


Our goal is always to be fair and reasonable.  If an emergency arises, please communicate with us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to work with you.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies

Yes!  We bring our own professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment to every service.  Our products are effective, reliable, and selected to deliver consistent results.


If you have specific product preferences, sensitivities or would like use to use eco-friendly or client-provided products, we're happy to accommodate when noted in advance.

how do i prepare for my cleaning

We recommend doing a light tidy before your scheduled service so our team can focus on cleaning rather than organizing.  Clearing countertops, floors, and surfaces of personal items allows us to work more efficiently and thoroughly.


If there are specific areas you'd like us to prioritize, please let us know ahead of time so we can tailor the service to your needs.
